Atsushi, a former member of the Self-Defense Forces, meets Naoko after picking up a lost cell phone. The two fall in love and share a passionate relationship. One day, Naoko suddenly vanishes. When Atsushi coincidentally sees her again, she confesses that she is the wife of a yakuza member and wants to escape her sadistic husband. Atsushi promises to run away with her. However, they are quickly found—Atsushi is left critically injured, and Naoko is taken captive and subjected to cruel mistreatment.
